A: No, we do not need proof or receipt.
Q: Do you turn the Mac on and check the lock screen message before you unlock it?
A: No.
Q: Do you look up the serial number?
A: No.
Q: Will your service unlock both EFI and iCloud Password lock?
A: Yes, our service will unlock both EFI and iCloud Passwords.
Q: Does it matter if it has a 4 digit password or 6 digit password lock?
A: No.
Q: Is this unlock service permanent?
A: Yes, after our unlock service the lock will not come back guaranteed.
Q: Can i take out the hard drive before i ship the Mac?
A: No, the hard drive must be in the Mac otherwise the lock can come back.
Q: Will i be able to sign into my iCloud account after the unlock service?
A: Yes.
Q: Will i be able to set up Find My Mac on my iCloud account after the unlock service?
A: Yes.
Q: Do you hack, mod, or remove EFI chip from the Logic Board during unlock service?
A: No.
Q: How do you guys unlock Macs?
A: We unlock Macs by reprograming the EFI Chip / Resetting The Logic Board.
Q: When you unlock a Mac, does the serial number change?
A: No, the serial number stays the same.
Q: Will your unlocking service void my Apple or Apple care Warranty?
A: No.
Q: How fast is the unlock service?
A: The unlock service only takes about 10 mins.
Q: How fast will i get my Mac back once you receive it?
A: In about 1 - 3 business days (Depends on your Location).
